Norms for Standing Meeting

1. all should be standing position
2. Mobile On Silent mode
3. One can talk at a time
4. if possible pass the boll, whoever has ball can talk
6. Short meeting, 15, average 1 min per person,
7. on time talk at a time
8. some one has to perform the roll time speaker,
9. in case of any issue\ obstacles , developer should do that after the scram meeting
10 do not go in details
11 same time, same place even peoples are missing
12 use task board, electronic is ok
13.  sidebar items will be created
14. this is for reporting about the task to Team, not for SM
15. try to make a fun meeting

What to discuss
1. completed task from last meeting e.g. from yesterday to today
2. next task, from today meeting to next meeting

To Do after Meeting
1. Scrum master has to update the status in the system\TFS
